Wire Forming Process
Our wire forming process depends on the type of product that we are making. For steel wire products, our process starts with CNC wire bending. For products made with sheet metal, the process usually starts with our CNC laser or CNC turret punch. Our production engineers review the drawing of the product and determine the best equipment and process to use. As a leading wire product manufacturer, efficient manufacturing is critical to our success. Next, we design fixtures for each step of the process.
Draw Fixtures
We use CAD software to create drawings for the fixtures that we use.
Create Fixtures
Design fixtures for each subassembly and step in the process.
Quality Control
Our QC engineers compare the fixture dimensions to the drawings.
Manufacturing Process Review
The wire forming process is next run with a small number of products to work out any kinks in the process and look for ways to save labor and material costs. Sometimes a few iterations are required to reach the optimal process. This step is often overlooked but is critical for a wire forming manufacturer.
Design ProcessMethods
As a wire forming manufacturer, our production engineers are continuously looking for ways to improve our process without sacrificing quality metal fabrication. These are some of the steps that we take to ensure that we are optimizing our process so that we can continue to serve the industry as the leading wire product manufacturer.
